The 2008 ANNUAL HUDSON YACHT CLUB/LABOUR DAY REGATTA will be held thru August 29th to September 1st, 2008.
The 2008 season winds down with the Hudson Yacht Club's famous Annual Labour Day Regatta, sponsored by Mount Gay Rum, Barbados. This one-of-a-kind event attracts hundreds of competitors and boasts one of the largest starting lines of any keelboat race in Eastern Canada.
Test your racing skills or participate for the sheer pleasure of it.
Off the water the mood is set by the rhythms of Chris Blais that greet your arrival back at the Club for the post-race festivities from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Enjoy our famous BBQ and Corn Boil, take in the spectacular HYC sunset and dance the evening away to the live sounds of The Lost Legends beginning at 9 p.m.
It's a fun filled day to be enjoyed by all!

Please note that BBQ Dinner tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Tickets can be purchased prior to Labour Day from the Club office (in person) or at the Registration desk on Friday and Saturday, August 31st and Septemnber 1st.
The Registration Desk will be open Friday, August 31st from 17:00 to 21:00 HRS and Saturday, September 1st from 08:30 to 11:00 HRS and from 16:00 to 18:00 HRS.
