Creating Your Account
If this is your first time accessing your online statement (the office must have your current email address on file), you must click on “You don’t have a password“. You will then see this screen:
In order to create your account, you must fill in all of the appropriate information and select a password (passwords cannot be any longer than 10 characters).
Please note that you must fill in your names as shown on your statement of account. For example, if the statement shows John Sr Doe, then you must use John Sr in the first name field.
Changing Member Information
Click on “My Profile” in the left-hand side menu. In this area, the telephone information that you previously provided the Club will appear. If the information is not correct, you can save your changes and they will update in our files!
The Club encourages you to select to received your monthly statement by email. Furthermore, with your email address (es), the Club can better communicate with you during and in the off-season. You may also select if you would prefer your correspondence in English or French. This is also the area that allows you to change your password.
Be sure to hit the “Save Changes” button after modifying information or it will not be saved.
Accessing Your Online Statement
You may now view a complete monthly statement, including detailed transactions of all that is listed in your statement, by clicking on “Monthly Statement” in the left-hand menu. To view these transaction receipts, click on the blue exclamation mark.
For ease of navigating, it is suggested that you right-click on the blue exclamation mark and “open in a new tab”. This step will help you avoid using the back button to return to your statement. Simply close the tab you were viewing and right click on another transaction to view in a new tab.
